The Big DayCouples having Rye Hill Golf Club as the setting for their big day will benefit from the help of a wedding co-ordinator in the run up to the wedding. They can meet to discuss their plans and the logistics of the day, as well as attending a menu tasting. When the wedding day comes around, vows are exchanged in The Gallery room, which can be decorated to suit the theme or colour scheme. The celebrations then commence with a drinks reception in the garden, weather permitting, where guests can sip on Buck’s Fizz or Pimm’s whilst sampling the canapes. There is also the opportunity for the photographer to get some group shots, or whisk the Bride and Groom away on a decorated golf buggy for some portraits. The three-course wedding breakfast will then follow - selected ahead of time - accompanied by wine or soft drinks. The Master of Ceremonies will take care of proceedings, announcing the speeches and toasts, at which time guests will receive a glass of Prosecco each to toast the newlyweds. The evening festivities will be fuelled by a finger buffet.
