Amateur golfers can get their swing up to par on some simulated links, before heading out for 18 holes on the real thing. A one-to-one lesson with resident PGA golfer Ron Tickle (usually £50) will work on players' technique, trying to perfect their action when using different clubs and shots. Participants can then play two rounds on the fairways and greens of the Lundin Links (£16 per person), with its coastal views and variety of bunkers and burns. The 19th century parkland course is best suited to accuracy rather than long drives, providing a smooth hit for the beginner as well as challenges for the more accomplished golfer.
