Golf deal details
PGA Pro Aaron Holtom leads young players of all abilities through the tenets of the sport with East Midlands Golf Academy. Held at Morley Hayes Golf Club, the three 60-minute lessons (usually £32 per class) are tailored to each individual, and cover short game techniques and golf psychology. Coaching takes place in a group setting, with up to six budding players taking part at any one time.

G: Tell us about your coaching programmes?
"I try to make every session suit the particular client, making each session clear and giving them help along the way. For example, I can record videos of pupils' swings and send them over to them."
G: What one piece of advice would you give to beginners?
"Start with short clubs such as a pitching wedge, and do short chipping and pitching shots first to get the basics on striking a golf ball well before moving onto big swings."
G: If you could play a round of golf with one famous person, who would it be and why?
"Tiger, because he is the best ever."
G: What’s your favourite moment in golfing history?
"The 2012 Ryder Cup and the turnaround on the back nine on the final day."
