- Please note any spend over the £10 allowance must be paid directly to the restaurant
- Vouchers valid 1/12/15 to 29/2/16
- Bookings Monday-Thursday all day, you may play at the weekend for a £10 surcharge per person. This is payable direct to Formby Hall Golf Resort on the day.
- Black out dates 18th December 2015 – 4th January 2016
- Vouchers are not valid on Bank Holidays
- 1 per 2 people allowed to purchase
